Scape-God

@TheManBuck I think that Hagure Idol can be called an exception so far, since although the volumes after the fourth completely destroyed the original premise and potential (yuri aside, but turning Misora into a dumb sex addict was painful for me) , it can still be read as a ridiculous borderline H with Baki influence. I wonder if he will end the manga with his typical endings, like a meaningless gore or a surrealistic nonsense.

@TheManBuck Well, I don’t know what to say. On the one hand, I hardly saw cases when the author more rudely sent his own manga to fuck, but on the other, it is actually Steel Panther from the manga world.

@SuperOniichan
They definitely seem like the kind of author that gets bored of their own work very quickly.

I wonder if they would benefit from a tougher editor, someone who wouldn't let them bail so easily.

@TheManBuck Recently, it often seems to me that he is just a troll. Otherwise, it’s difficult for me to explain how even his best manga can ridiculously contradict itself (Hagure, for example, first says that lesbian sex cannot be a friendly means of relaxation, but then shows it as a massage or a friendly release of sexual tension.) or make the discussion of bisexuality sound like an attempt by the rapist to get sex from you again.

Well, that was... something, I'm having Evangelion PTSD here.
It begins as something somewhat interesting, then it becomes a kind of weird and confusing, and end on a big wtf.

And well, it's actually Evangelion, isn't it?
Divine monsters coming out of nowhere to kill humans, a socially awkward human with almost zero confidence trying to save the world.
Using a divine entity to kill the bad divine entities.
The lesbian not so subtle subtext.
The prodigy child causing the apocalypse by deifying all humans into a single apocalyptic lifeform.

But ironically enough for a lesbian oriented story, there is a huge lack of vaginas compared to Evangelion ending.
