the good thing is.. there's now a way to legally get the series and support the author...

the bad thing (which I'm afraid is gonna outweigh the good) is that the official one MAY take a long time to release chapters, which usually results in waning interest of readers in the series.... this MAY lead to poor sales, eventually getting the series cancelled..

I'm just hoping this doesn't happen

Funny how you ended up being 100% correct. I see Vol 1 didn't even get its release until earlier this year and the second volume hasn't even released yet
