If you think that's bad, I recently heard about a case of a gravure idol making her debut at 11... in real life. It's not allowed under 18, but they're somehow getting around that.

But considering that every erotic business in Japan is connected to the Yakuza, it's not surprise they're finding loopholes so easily and have not even a token amount of morals.
