tl;dr this developmentally disabled, mutilated child is...taken care of by the SCP foundation, for better or worse. Yes, they perform tests on her, and try to figure out her capabilities. But they don’t abuse her, and if they cannot improve her situation, they also don’t make it actively worse.

It is important to remember that while the Foundation may be callous, it is not cruel.

Also yes, doctor insert was amnesticized and returned to duty. Never enough trained staffers, after all.
