This TL clearly doesn't know how MRI works. While you don't strictly NEED contrast agents, they are widely employed, especially for brain scans (which seems to be the case, given the symptoms and the doctor's questions).

Lol we all came here to make comments about the contrast fluid. Looks like mine would only be redundant :D
