Search and excluding genres

Ok nice we can exclude some genres in https://mangadex.org/search
but unfortunately we can't sort the search results by latest update? Pls implement update sort sequence.

What do you mean, the results are sorted by latest update by default and you can just click the icons to change that

In the list it says 2hr latest update in e. g. https://mangadex.org/manga/24850/jishou-f-rank-no-oniisama-ga-game-de-hyouka-sareru-gakuen-no-chouten-ni-kunrin-suru-sou-desu-yo
latest update of it is 6 days english. Maybe there is 2hr other language.

but... it does not consider the language filter settings of my profile and I can only select one language in "Original language" field. The original language is still not the desired language filter as many updates are not included even if they are in english.

Yes, the latest update is based on any of the languages, not just what you've got filtered, due to a limitation of the way it was programmed. The last time Holo tried to fix it the site crawled to a halt, so unfortunately you'll just have to deal with it for the moment.

The https://mangadex.org/search seems to not work for every update!

For example I go on https://mangadex.org/ and see

When will the search url contain all updates of the main page (https://mangadex.org/) completely? I can't use the main page because there is too much garbage.

@monkey123 It's an unrelated bug. It deals with delayed chapters not updating the last updated counter when their timer runs out.
