Search function to include or exclude original languages

Like how there is a function to include or exclude tags when searching, please do it for original language also. I'm not saying which one but for a certain country they suck at making a certain genre that I currently am in to but said imaginative country has somewhat amount of works in say genre and makes it harder to search for the good ones.

The ability to filter by original language is already in the search menu if you're gonna go into excluding some then go read the planned features list.
