Ok, no normally functioning 20yrs old male would have less sexual education than a fucking 5 year old unless they have some serious mental illness. I feel like author just attached the 20yrs old on MC so that it isn't shotacon. A 20yr old should be in college but from what I see it looks like he's still in middle school, down from how he acts and the environment and friends he is with.

I don't know if the age was mistranslated or what but the author's an idiot. Not only all the sex stuff, morning wood isn't even caused from arousal, it doesn't just suddenly happen once you've had sexy thoughts for the first time! That's just natural blood flow in your body, it happens much earlier than middle school!
