Well, to be fair, how many of us wouldn't freak out if you were all alone in a huge, dark unfamiliar temple/building with a disembodied voice talking to you, trying to lure you somewhere and then locking you in a room? Not to mention that there is at least one person actively trying to murder her...

That is the question. I think he said he'd never seen a body and soul that weren't properly connected before, so there might not be a precedence for this kind of thing. Alternatively, he's not like... the one true God kind of god, he's just a god in a pantheon, I believe. Perhaps there's another that might know more. Hell, might even be another one is actually responsible for her being here at all, that is a fairly typical occurrence in these isekai and reincarnation type of things.
