Finally! I've been waiting for the god to meddle/help her since he got introduced! She's running on a super strict schedule tho so I hope she has better plans than waiting Father out like she did last time. Tho..if Deckard is fated to be born, is it possible that she becomes his mommy instead? That's what she's trying to do to save Father, right? Oh hey, maybe she can use ratifying the treaty as incentive for Father to marry her? And getting that Elard witch off his back?

I think Deckard might be born somewhere else, what matters is that the witch is trying to provide a body for her divine patron. after all, if FMC of the novel was born earlier than expected, then that witch might offer someone else as an vessel. and dad still might be killed just because.
I do hope to see Deckard and his redemption, but if theirs going to be a timeskip, it's going to be a long while before we see any of that. I also hope that our protagonist can see the FMC, spoiling her niece might relieve some of her stress

my prediction is MC and father will get married and the dark mage will be super pissed off

but the dark mage will somehow do artificial insemination on her body using father's blood or genetic sample of some sort and still get the villain boy born.... she could do this in secret as the tower master or while on the run after father condemn and remove her from the tower master position..

but whether the boy kills father or not remains to be a question....
