Seduce the Villain’s Father - Vol. 1 Ch. 8

I think 25 is old enough to not be accidentally calling a stranger 'father' all the time. 😒 I like the series otherwise, but that part is kinda creepy and unnecessary

@Histrionicbookworm
I don't see what's so wrong about it. She's only ever recognized him as "father" in the story she read and had to literally ask for his name since she didn't know it. And this is besides the fact that he has one long ass name. It'll take a bit of time for her to start calling him by his name so give it time. I also think it's pretty damn funny that she calls him father because he's probably thinking "does she think I'm that old?!". It doesn't help that he silver hair too. Makes me roll just thinking that... LOL. 🤣

Loool "Why do you keep calling me father?" Really enjoying this so far.

Thanks for the chapters.

ah I love this lightheartedness~ hoping the chapters dont stop coming! thankyou so much for the hard work!

Wohoooo an three chapter fluff update! Ah, i really like the art and the cute stories, is there something wrong with me if i say the crying face of our MC is very beautiful? The water is dripping down is looking good

Thank you so much!
I've just found out this title!
So awesome! It's a different kind of setting for an incarnation story!
Hope this will go well till the end!

so how many Korean words for father are there? this site suggests about three https://www.90daykorean.com/father-in-korean/

So if koiwipa
아버님 abeonim
is correct then it's the most formal way of saying it.

I wonder what they call priests?

Loll some readers also seem to start refering ML as 'Father'🤣🤣🤣
Let us light candles for this ML. May he RIP with the nickname Father🙏🏼🙏🏼

@penguinslovesnow I think it's totally reasonable to think 'oh this guy is the villain's father, and I don't even know his actual name' but actually calling him father, out loud to his face, is another thing entirely. And the novel that the MC read wasn't actually about the villain's father, so why would she even associate the term with him so strongly? There was also a tragedy with the male lead of the novel's father (the guy who was assigned to be her escort), but she never called him father even though she didn't know his name either. I don't mind wonky fantasy logic, it's a fun fantasy story, but it's a creepy quirk that's not even consistent to the logic of this world 😘. Also if a stranger started calling you father or mother, would your first thought really be 'does this person think I'm that old?', because tbh my concerns would go well beyond that 🤣

for some people who confused why she called him father is because usually abeonim/아버님 (=father) is polite way to address other people parents(dad)
yerenica's soul seeing the story from the emperor's child perspective and as she said the story didn't mention the emperor name, she usually called him abeonim so its like habit.. like when we address some sub-characters with a nickname bc they didn't have name or their name is not really important to remember
and for comedy puspose too i guess, the way she address him as father its funny if you read in korean
