Or because she liked teasing him or something and then grew fond of him. Also, I'm am too confused why she keeps looking for him but not people from her past lives
Actually maybe, as she said before, she saved his life so the reincarnation was quicker
Maybe she didn't do something good as that in her previous lives and it took like decades to reincarnate or remember her memories
That would explain it
But is still doesn't explain her lack of emotion towards her previous family since its the same timeline as Seoha's

We probably have to assume she either reincarnated way after family members would have died then and thus, her search would be futile.
We could also assume that she went numb to most feelings after living through life too much. That is not to say that she did not hold affection for her for er family members, maybe she thought it was better to noy mix her lives up, otherwise, she would never move on.
Well, no matter the case, she is mixing different lives' affairs right now, which is probably something she didn't do in the past.
