Seirei Gensouki: Spirit Chronicles - Vol. 2 Ch. 8 - Adjacent eyes

"Fuck! I'm really grateful for having you, seria-sensei" ....that was the most aggressive way of saying thanks that I've seen in a manga.

C&p errors like the one Harry_Dong mentioned, are a great way to tell the readers, that you need more proofreaders.

Yes, Mister Royal Prick, I, the penniless orphan from the slums, bribed a staff member to change my grades. Your powers of deduction are truly breathtaking.

She seems more bothered about the kids accusing him of cheating than of him having been tortured, probably for days, without just cause.

Ah yes, the classic nothing matters until the MC is in generic school A and gets first while apparently studying very hard. Then makes noble B mad and either A fights/duels etc or B, performs some test to make noble go somewhere else.

Let's ignore the prick noble.
Let's see how his fellow soldiers did tell him to let it go.

Right? The king is paying his tuition and all that, but I don't recall seeing anything about giving him an allowance or such so he'd have any money on him at all. Maybe he found a nice shiny coin on the ground somewhere and used that to bribe someone who has more money to blow on whatever they could ever want in a day than he's even seen in his whole life here so far. I suppose you could make an argument for him seducing the loli teacher and having her bribe people? Maybe that's up next if someone sees them getting along a little too well.

Rio could’ve said “oh yeah, I totally bribed someone I don’t know with the money I don’t have to get first place. Your all totally smarter than me to be complaining about YOUR grades to me.”

Tbh the most illogical part about their argument is that a orphan child with no connections and money somehow bribed someone

@Tecknokid123
“He must’ve bribed the teachers“
1.The teachers are of royal descent (pretty fucking rich) so they don’t need that money
2.where’s the orphan kid gonna get money?
3. You could just look over the test itself... if you’re a teacher (so ask a teacher, maybe?)
