Seirei Gensouki: Spirit Chronicles - Vol. 3 Ch. 16 - Latifa

One reincarnator acquired. I wonder when they'll figure out who each of them are.

I am so happy this turned out well; I've been too many tragedy-esque plot lines lately and I was afraid he would end up killing her and in her last second both realize who each were.

I believe that was on the table. Thankfully the author doesn't seem to want to go that far.

@Qelix If that's the case then I'm so happy the author didn't go through with it, cause I just can't handle that amount of edge in this manga right now.

Yeah, the tragedy-edge only works if that was the intent in the first place. Considering how this was going, it is more about a person making the best of what he has instead of lashing at the world.

Poor girl, she's one of the most pitiful character that I've seen. Every tear increases my urge to PROTECC. Thank god that smile is good

@Dezaki Yeah, her fate has been a really pitiful one. Dying so young in the original world, and then getting reborn as a tormented slave belonging to a whole other species with no rights.

Atleast she is closer to him in age now then before the reincarnation so a relationship after a few years is not impossible.

I just hope author does a good job this time with the romance situation.
I dropped the WN because of too much
unnecesary plots that tried to keep MC and heroin away from each other. Which has many plot holes.
Well she looks a lot older than her WN counter part. Guess they changed her looks in th LN.

i really liked his attitude about the whole thing he was just like 'please, let me be' and that makes more sense then immediately going 'hey be with me'

I really want those noble scums who treated her like that to die. I hope we get to see that happen.
