So only Rio could kill one but the others managed to shoo the flock away?
Finally birdbrain learned humility. Ironically lethal force here might have helped.
@Nk9bjP4A He was as powerful as a seasoned Knight when he was a child and defeated an enhanced Minotaur as a student that even his whole class couldn't put a scratch on. Remembering martial arts from a past life, continuing that training while going to a noble school that trained him more, age progression, being contracted to a great spirit, plus years of training at the Village of Spirits put him on another level.
He's been powerful the whole time. But he also realized that using brute force would bring more problems than it would help solve.
Let's cheer the douchebag MC for slaughtering a grieving parent who wasn't thinking straight! Also let's hear it for the dumbass that decided to threaten the villain before getting his life-supporting gem back!
He was top of the class, and because of that, it warranted a huge amount of jealousy. Jumped off a cliff to save a royal only to throw her back up thanks to a dumb-a**ed boy's fault.
Reiz is a 'shadow figure' character here. He summoned various monsters and Rio was able to stop them all, including a minotaur (Those suckers are hard to beat 1v1.)
@HDMI1
Haha; if there was this much fuss over an egg, imagine what killing the parent will do! They sound like Cape Buffalo of the sky.
And are they seriously trying to pair him with the girl who tried to violently slay him during peace negotiations?
I’ll give this a high grade if they turn it into a running gag that he gets the shit kicked out of him in any town he visits despite being innocent.
also @humbleoverlord this is a novel adaptation, so it's the novelist writing it, not the mangaka. 2 weeks part time for one novel chapter (or 1 week for a short manga chapter) should be sufficient, especially if you actually planned out the characters and plot to be interesting ahead of time
@furopoi
ah, this is a WN huh... well, same logic apply to the most of WN too, they churn out chapter almost once a week if not more, no wonder the story is not that good...
