@mahtan There might be moisture in the air but that's thanks to the sea and not a source of pure water which Dyne can't take advantage of. Remember that she has to stay near the waterhole in the beginning to sustain herself, going out like this probably already costed her lots of spiritual energies so she can't spare on other skills.
