The art leaves a lot to be desired, but it's also pretty damn hilarious how she was a serious no-nonsense honor student that is suddenly dealing with the desires and preferences of a horny teenage boy and doing so unconsciously. That last couple of pages with her staring with that goofy grin was funny.

And the people mentioning the brain transplant thing do have a point. Injuries and trauma to the brain can cause a bunch of different psychological issues and changes. That guy "Phineas Gage" who was famous for having the railroad spike lodged in his brain and surviving did survive, but his personality and mannerisms were completely changed. Eh, whatever. It's funny and it's gay girls doing gay things, I ain't gonna complain.

I saw this months ago in /u/, there are multiple reasons why they don't do this series.

One being said that there's no reason for the author to include "Middle School Boy Brain" instead author should've just "We operated your brain and after replacing some tissue with other people donor, we actually hit some unforeseen consequences that might be related to your stimulation."

A sex offender.
The doctor basically says "well we can't tell her the donor was a sex offender now can we?" and lies.

This story is implying she's "suddenly having perverted gay thoughts" because she has part of the brain of a sex offender.

I guess you could rather say "being gay or having gay thoughts is a sign of perversion on the level of a sex offender."
