Damn all I'm getting from this is that Japan's animation industry massively needs an overhaul.
Every time I hear about it, it's depressingly miserable.
When I was a student I thought I also wanted to make something like anime. But the conditions, sacrifices, and overall horrible treatment makes me not want to leave my current country even if I'll never make something as cool.
Tarou, rather than wishing for personal success, I think you should wish for the systems you have to live under to be different. That way not only you, but your peers too can live more comfortably and find fulfillment.
