also being a demon king doesnt meant you had to destroy human, most manga i've read the demon king is kinda weird. of course it's depends on the theme itself
besides, it's just a "demon"king, which mostly the king of monsters not DEVIL king the king of demonic thing ie satan or other hell entities (which is weird, read my words carefully. english is weird...)
