Sekai Maou - Vol. 3 Ch. 27

A small っ is a glottal stop - the sound of the speaker's throat closing, in this case from exertion. I'd translate it as "ngh" or "geh" or some similar straining noise. っ also comes up often when a line is cut off out of surprise, e.g. 何を!? → なっ!?
 
that one in page 9, it says Seeto no Danna. mister Seeto maybe? like the previous translation.

Yeah, I'd guessed as much - just didn't know what exactly was being cut off. "Geh" sounds like good alternative though, thanks.
