Sekkaku Cheat Wo Moratte Isekai Ni Teni Shita N Dakara, Suki Na You Ni Ikitemitai - Vol. 3 Ch. 18

They over here complaining about his "underhanded" tactics yet here they are using actual underhanded tactics.

It's so weird seeing so many consecutive non-H pages drawn by Butcha-U without, you know, anything we've come to expect from his usual H-works.

Honestly, if he's winning by mostly decision, then his style is useless on the battlefield. Unless he has the firepower to incapacitate enemies, then his fighting style has no use and will only be an annoyance on the battlefield.

So... the golem pilot who's using EFFECTIVE STRATEGY as opposed to 'lolol melee rush' that their country usually trains and recruits, they've chosen to call underhanded.

While they themselves then BREAK THEIR OWN FUCKING RULES just to arrogantly cause him to fail because of their bitch ass pride?

Hope the noble guy is actually noble and gives whatever this MC's name is a chance to back off first.

looks like whoever that is managed to figure out MC's weakness and really don't want him to win under any circumstances. honestly fuck this military and kingdom, if they're to dumb to understand an effective military tactic then they deserve to lose in battle, hopefully MC doesn't join them.

After looking at the NU page, apparently this turn into an actual isekai story and the brothel scenes become side content. Sigh.....

Mod Note: Please use spoiler tags when talking about chapter-specific or future events.

@Atwitchyfairy the mech models and weapons they're using aren't meant for actual combat, they're just for training. The MC's method would work in real combat with actual weapons.

@Atwitchyfairy what? Analyzing the opponent's weakness and using it to their advantages is barely "fighting style", it's common sense in battlefield. The true annoyance in battlefield are soldiers who charges ahead without thinking at all. The other guys are just idiots who never should be in military.

sigh this manga lost it's way, i feel like when you click in a youtube video for a reason and then it becomes something completely different

The fact that they think in a battle a fair one on one would be an actual thing rather than doing everything possible to win is beyond stupid. I honestly can't remember if they've been at war or its been a long time of peace but either way its obvious a lot of them haven't seen an actual battlefield or have little experience in desperate situations.

Ah yes, because when you're in war people will always be so polite as to never use long range tactics.

This is how you get your country conquered. I get that culture can lead to effective tactics like this being viewed down on, and I also get how people would be frustrated when dealing with someone like that, after all when you don't feel like you can take effective action you're going to get frustrated, but it's not like this guy developed the concept of a 'wand', how is it that this guy who clearly would be excellent to be on your team in the battlefield is seem as if he's a burden? If everyone is this backwards minded about how battle works, why aren't there rules to prevent these sorts of tactics from succeeding? How come no one else uses this standard weapon option for golems? The MC has lost battles before even after developing his shoot and run tactics, why hasn't that come into question except when talking with the guy who has specifically beaten him before.

I understand the feeling that the author is going for here, but the longer they drag it out the more it will become a problem. When we were limited just to the school and training area, but having the judges be the ones to determine that MC won, I figured it was mostly just newbies who haven't been on the battlefield frustrated that they couldn't do anything, while the level headed judges knew the importance of people to fill rolls like the MC, but now we've got everyone, even the judges, conspiring against him and even trying to develop counters to his strategy that involve 2 shields (a bit questionable tactic for actual war since you'd be unable to hurt your enemies and you probably wouldn't be able to defend most of your allies, a shield wall would be a more effective defense with minimal offensive sacrifice) but we've yet to see anyone who brings a 'wand' to use against this guy.

@Atwitchyfairy considering his large mana reserve, he should be able to do it.
The main reasons guns are not popular should be due to:
[ol]
[*]require precise control
[*]more mana used compared to swinging sword
[*]high powered guns can kill and not used for practice
[/ol]

If you want duels then fight with "fairness" in mind and if these are sports then also "Good sportsmanship".

Hahaha. Battles don't wait for people to get in position for a "fair fight" you wait long enough or strike quickly to have the advantage.

Waiting to see a grizzled general laugh his ass off and commend our MC.

Oh and more smexy times soon please.

The girl using shields had half of a viable counter-strategy. The other half would be to also equip a wand.

this feels like Tau goes against newborn battle brothers but in the end got sabotaged by chaos entity lol
