Despite the focus being on sex early on, this series develops honest to goodness storylines and plots that are unironically interesting later on. The mystery going on in the latest volumes is pretty page-turning. Unlike some other manga which might have done better as just regular h-manga, I can see why this is presented as a normal, if more ero-y manga. The sex is just one aspect of the story, not the main focus, like with actual hentai manga.

Boring and pointless

Plus, I find it unbelievable that he is hiding his cheat healing power even though there are people dying from illnesses and injuries. If you have a power like this you must use it IMO. If I remember correctly, he's not using it because he doesn't want to be bothered. Talk about being half-assed.

Yah... not happening. The mangaka is a hentai artist so he specializes in this... Besides, this is at least true to itself and far more realistic than most Isekai.

One of very few sex oriented novels I've found with an actual plot and it has amazing artwork. Most sex oriented novels drop off pretty quick but I could read 100 chapters off this in a day, I'd even read if it didn't have such good artwork and "plot".
