Pacing seems to be all over the place... First he is at his home whining about being such a beta, then he is hiking on a snowy mountain in the next panel? And then pulls out a pickaxe out of nowhere? Wut?

Even if there is statistically more cheating in Japan, I think the issue is more that they, and us as well, have a problematic view on romance and relationships. The fact that he's so afraid just to ask, like it's the most devastating thing in the world, tells me that he put too much of himself and his selfworth into this relationship. If more of his selfworth and happiness came from other sources than this one person, it would be much easier for him to confront them and risk losing them in a fight.

Wow...i really do not relate to the people below. So much about stuff that doesn't matter. In the case of the wife it feels like people are just imposing themselves and being insecure while they do it.

The comments about this being bad...what? Chapter one and it was a fun ride that did the thing and was done. The pacing was fine.

okay first of all the opening was somewhat new but wtf man... talking about your wife cheating and then all of a sudden MC bails and takes a trip to the mountains. then doesn't freak out when all of a sudden he appears in some random place and faces a monster. after the encounter meets some random old guy that he can understand and doesnt question him about it instead of asking where he can go back to face monsters... MC's actions are all over the place and so random no wonder he couldn't hold onto his waifu for even 3 months...
