So how does time work when he is summoned? He was in the middle of a conversation when he was summoned, but we definitely saw that his coworker noticed him disappearing right in front of him. He spent some time in the other world, then returned some time later and it appears as if his conversation with his coworker continued normally but his coworker isn't asking what happened. Does time pause, or does it continue but people around him go on with their lives without noticing he is missing?
