Anyone else feel like the first two or three chapters made this out to be much more serious than it is?

It may just be that it was forever ago that I read the first chapter, but the initial impression I got made me think this would be me if those things that took itself seriously to a degree, but at this point, when I'm reading it feels like it wants me to laugh at something that i felt was extraneous information.

Maybe I missed this tone completely, or maybe I forgot my real first impressions.
Regardless I think I'll stop reading because the whole get rich using the other world, tiny, is kinda boring to me.
