Aldis's past and origins in the WN is still an ongoing mystery, and what little facts are revealed are quite ambiguous. However some of the WN implied Aldis's soul is much older than his physical self, and that he and his people came from either the same world or plane of existence as the goddess.

So it's pretty much confirmed Aldis is from another world. That's cool, I suppose. However, unlike the usual isekai, I get the feeling he's not some reincarnated person from our world. It feels more like he just moved from one fantasy world to another. Still, I'm looking forward to learning why he's so strong.
