Either this an anthology (先見少年 translates to senken shounen)
or the picture for another manga "Kimi ga Kirai na Koi no Hanashi" basically the plot is the standard misunderstood delinquent and the nice girl romance, in that one the guy is broody. Id recommend the mangaka's other work, Tsuiraku JK to Haijin Kyoushi.

They are characters from the second oneshot (chapter 2). :)
But yeah I agree with @Tenshi_A: they look quite similar to Chihiro and Kisaragi-kun from Kimi ga Kirai. :)

I immediately fell in love with the picture and had to clean it fully. I now use it for my phones lockscreen
