I don't remember her teacher teach something praticulary advanced. Some chapter ago the knight teach basic education to all child in the village together with maria.
So this (she being able to blaze through the supposedly trippy test) come as weird. . . (or maybe my memory just bad).

well 5th-6th grade math would be the hard part, but all it is is logic problems, if you can work out how to do it and have no distractions It could be fairly easy to absorb. anything else would be a result of memorization. due to video games I played, I was fairly 'advanced' for reading and math, reading till I hit 6th grade, and math till I hit trigonometry I had 0 issues. science I was mostly ahead of what kids my age were learning...
and I nearly failed every year due to an inability to spell for shit. fun times being able to easily solve logic problems years ahead of you but constantly placed in remedial classes due to issues outside the task at hand.
Honestly though, the Saintess doesn't seem to have a unique uniform and simply wears nun's clothing, so people probably assume that she's a traveling nun.
until you hit middle school (around 12 years old) all the math and stuff is just advanced applications of things you learn in 1st grade- so if you're naturally talented, you can easily solve questions meant for 10 year olds with basic knowledge. (this is not the case when it gets to highschool level curricula- which is why many child prodigies suffer so much later on)
