Just like a lot of other people, I was also tired of this troupe of girls who are surely to be shot down confessing to a guy
But then I read someone's comments in the previous chapters that they are meant to provide a closure, and that the girls get to at least convey their feelings
But then it fell flat when Eiji doesn't even know he's being confessed to (or maybe he realized it during the hug) but dodging it cheapens the scene
Makes it kinda pointless
