Sensei Lock-On! 2nd - Vol. 2 Ch. 31

Oh dear god, thank fuck this ended, same days as Saotome as well. Well whatever, they got married and had a kid so not all sucked.

"and then they fucked" between panels in the last pages....

this felt kind of axed in the end

@KraZTaco wow you couldn't have said it better, exactly as you say, NOTHING got solved, all the most interesting stuff(the reveal, etc etc) seem to have happened between panels which is really stupid considering inane stuff GOT to be on the panel, i mean did we really need like 8 pages of that stupid failed omiai?

@Majora yep, took a total nosedive feels like the author backed himself into a corner and didn't know what to do, so instead of advancing the story in an adult manner he went for cliched tropes with the retarded doctor

While I enjoyed the first series, I can't really say the same about the sequel series. The original series wasn't anything special, but the introduction of the nurse-sister pair in this sequel series really made a lot of these chapters unbearable. I sincerely doubt anyone who avidly read the first series thought "You know what this story needs? More unnecessary, poorly-written drama!"

As @Majora and @KraZTaco said, I wouldn't be surprised at all if this got axed. This ending feels extremely rushed, but unlike a lot of other series, I'm not disappointed in the slightest if it did.

Well, this could have been worse, but the ending felt really rushed, especially compared to how long some of the drama dragged on in the last chapters. Like some others said, the biggest disappointment about this series is that none of the characters ever change or grow even slightly, and in the end we jump from no affection shown to them married with a kid... Well, the last gag was funny, I guess XD. But I still enjoyed the original series more, overall.

Well, at least it got something like closure before I stopped being able to tolerate it. The series would have been much better if the last 5 pages of this chapter were just added to the original two volumes.

Shindou has never been really good at relationships. Which makes me wonder why all of their stories are such.

At least this one wasn't an ambiguous end, where the couple is left up in the air "for the reader to decide". In today's netorare/alpha-beta male enriched society, like, 7 times out of 10 people will assume the worst, or desire as much.

Still, forced marriage interview as your final chapter? Kinda shitty.

I'm fine with repetitiveness, but I dunno why I just CAN'T stand how spineless she was about having a boyfriend on these latest chapters. Feels like an insult to him and feels very forced

Ehh, I don't think I'll moan about it being cut like that. I was starting to get more than a bit annoyed at the whole sensei-unable-to-say-no thing, so perhaps the editors decision to wrap it up there and then was perhaps for the best.

She probably still hides their relationship after getting married and having a kid

@Flavor25 that joke reminded me the mother of all questions: WHY they couldn’t say it from the beginning? They’re both adults...

Guess we’ll never know.

Can't even feel bad. This is gonna come eventually.

Ultimately, the kids were the best characters. I didn't know children were so well-versed in sport player number.

The last few pages of actual progress was actually better than the last few chapters of...none.

It ends as it began: absolutely adorable

Here's to round three where they're married with kids and one of the boys falls in love with their teacher.

Their kid is going to get a sensei all his own. Better hope he finds a winner before he goes for mom sensei.
