@nasenbein there was an entire chapter on her monologuing how mad it makes her when people act outside of her control, she likes to manipulate people to make herself feel better about her own lack of power.

Usually when these monologues are done, they're done in an attempt to be or appear philosophical or represent something significant about the character. This was just stupid.
This shit reminds me of that joke of a manga "Girlfriend" where every single character has to be some fucked up or crazy asshole. No one there or here is a normal person. Everyone's gotta be special or damaged in the most inauthentic or unrelatable ways.

@Doomroar : Thanks :) , I will have to reread that since I don´t remember it... weird, since it was the main thing which interested me about this story. Was it explained why she feels so powerless? I´m sure it is connected to her brother, but that part hasn´t yet been fully explained... or did I miss that too?

@nasenbein is chapter 31 she is masturbating watching the stalking video she took of sensei and MC, then notices her brother peeping on her, throws her phone at the wall in anger and while she cries in frustration in an internal monologue she says and i quote:
"i don't understand. other people are there to be controlled by me. other people have no right. to control my desires. i do not accept this feeling. "
The she says out-loud:
"And big brother wont allow that either, will he?"
Misukana is a shitty person that controls other people in order to deal with her own problems with her brother, but people keep forgetting, thinking she is the only normal character in the story, even after she manipulated her friend and the MC out of their relationship.
