awful, not because of its silly gore porn, but because it wastes characters without trying to engage them. trivializes its own characters, killing them off before they can have any actual importance, causing us to lose trust in the work's consistency. rather lazy writing overall. really hoping that the ending comes around, so I can finish this thing and be done with it; every single chapter is unsatisfying and frustrating; but to leave it here would be just as bad.
a good and fun Manga. The strongest selling point is also the biggest hurdle for readers to enjoy it. Mainly, the bold storytelling. Plot armor doesn't really exist here and it is fascinating. this also means that people actually die when they are killed which may- *has* - upset people. This is because the characters are interesting and endearing enough to get angry or sad over dying. Even the antagonists are likable. It is more like two or three groups of protagonists fighting each other as opposed to one clearly evil entity.
