Yeah what #6 is doing does seem really villanous, but when fighting enemies that care about their associates, it's not exactly a bad strategy. It's less clear that it's villainous if you're fighting an enemy evil enough. Although in this particular case, it doesn't exactly seem that way. Well, they do say up front that he and Alice are from an Evil Organization. Fits their modus operandi.

Well it's not like she can't walk, she normally just doesn't because she's cursed and can't wear shoes because of it.
But when your life is on the line, dirty feet aren't your number one priority.

Then again, she could be resurrected but if the facility collapses it might be hard to find her body.
