I'm a cat at heart. Thick thighs make for soft laps.
Boobs are great too, but the question you sometimes gotta ask yourself is:
If a woman only has one or the other (i.e. curvy upper but small lower, or curvy lower but smaller chest), which is more important?
I came to the personal realisation that big boobs just look misplaced on someone with no meaningful hips / thighs. She needs to have more below than she has above or it just looks like she would tip over.

Anyway, that is just my take on things.
