Server slowing down?

Have anyone experienced a general slowing down of the server?
Sometimes the fetching of the pages doesn't go over 40 K/s, and I know it isn't my connection, because other sites speed is faster in the same period of time.

Mangadex, is the servers slowing down image loading is very slow with error loading. I recently moved to this sithe from mangapark because of the better interface.

Is that why I keep coming across these half pages in my manga? Just looks like someone cut the page off or something and its just a blank white space.

No, it's got nothing to do with half pages, that's a data saver bug and we can fix it if you report it. @gomichandesu
