@Lo0py "Naga-Naga" Is just a nickname for him. His first name is Nagata so "Naga" comes from there, and saying it twice is kinda a cute way to alter his name into a nickname. I've honestly not seen it used that often because it's quite a childish way of calling someone but I guess it can be used funnily as well.
