Honestly, this manga is better off as a comedy, than a romcom. The whole "sexual" tension between Jin, Hitomi and Lanka was just really unnecessary to the vibes of the story. If the story can completely forego any form of romantic-progression and just focus on the shitty animal jokes, that'd be for the better.

@greatninja3 What exactly did you expect? That Jin would become all lovey-dovey? He only told Lanka that he might like her a little bit when she was crying and he was pressured face to face, after having saved her. It's perfectly normal that after such an abnormal situation he would gather his wits by the next day and return to what he was. His romantic feelings are still reserved for Hitomi, which makes sense since they are actually of the same species.
