Sewayaki Kitsune no Senko-san - Vol. 2 Ch. 14

Me too, sister.... I would also like a cute loli (legal; important; FBI don't come this time) wife.

I believe she speaks for everyone here.

She made a nice save there, on the last page. I'm sure the cops were already at her door when she altered her phrasing. Like Swiper the Fox, snapping those fingers, "oh man..."

Sometimes I really envy Japan and its centuries of folklore and mythical creatures that they can draw upon for fiction of all sorts. In the western world (especially the USA with our relatively young country) we have barely any mythology to draw upon that isn't ancient gods from the Greeks, Romans, Norse, or other long-dead religious beliefs. Oh, and also sparkling vampires.

@Esper The western world has a wealth of mythology if you look for it, even around the British isles. as you said around the states it is difficult to be in touch with that. I recommend you trace your genealogy back to Europe (assuming you are of European decent) and do some research about your ancestors stories and myths. You may be pleasantly surprised.

US has more myths and legends than you would think.
There is a plethora of First Nations stories out there. Plus east coast stories, Iroquois as an easy example, are vastly, vastly different than west coast, say Haida in the Pacific Northwest, with every shade and variation in between.
And if First Nations doesn't wet your whistle, every town, no matter how small, has there own unique ghosts, demons, and monsters.
And that's just scratching the surface, I'm not talking about national myths involving cryptids, cults and other secret societies or borrowed myths from immigrants or the arguement that superheroes are a recent variation of mythological storytelling.
For every kitsune, there is a equivilent wendigo, for every yokai, a jersey devil.
Haha, sorry for the long winded, slightly off topic comment!

The day has come, Finally catch-up to the latest chapter

I'm just talking specifically about the USA when it comes to the folklore and legends that I'm talking about. I'm sure everyone knows about Paul Bunyan and other tall tales of the old west. I know there are plenty of stories from Europe.
