That's why I said he's got his priorities mixed up. His priorities at the start was completely dungeon exploring, including leveling up for survival. He could've done a quickie and went straight to Akitsu's house. He at least had a high chance of leveling up. Instead he wasted time walking around an already explored area of the dungeon and we still don't know what will happen in the next episode.
Near guaranty of a level up versus wasting time with possible failure of getting a level up.
