What I mean is that she shouldn't have even been there in the first place. Not saying that this is a "normal" situation, let alone planed, but regardless, she does hold some fault since she was in the wrong right from the start. Even though she was doing the right thing at the time, and cant be faulted for intervening, how she did it was still "wrong". Also, she still had the responsibility to not fuck up the guy's career.

As admirable as her actions may have been, she still costed the mc his job and livelihood. Of course, if later on a series of events occur that benefit the mc, for example:
[ul]*The mc's coworkers band together and protest forcing the company to take action.
*The girl the fmc helped is actually related to a person of either high status or great influence, and she told them of what happened.
*The boss simply re-hires the mc back for reasons.[/ul]

Now should events of those caliber take place that ultimately benefits the mc, then I can wholeheartedly say kudos to the fmc. For now however, I gotta feel sorry for the mc instead.
