I feel like the characters here behaved way more realistically in this manga than others with similar themes.
The man was suitably uncomfortable, and he even asked her to go to the Police.
The girl did not freak out when he genuinely made a mistake and go to her room without knocking (since he was living completely alone and it was his room just moments before, this makes sense). He also had the shame and sense to immediately say sorry and exit promptly.
Really the only issue is that he lets her live with him - but I guess that is pretty much what this story is. Since this girl is a lot younger, I guess there won't be romance here - I guess this will be a father/daughter type thing going forward?
I hope for something new! But I am excited so far.

@Binary10011 Could be, but have you taken a look at the author/artist links in the description or on mangaupdates? His repertoire consists almost exclusively of hentai manga. This particular series is up to its 11th volume, and is tagged ecchi and mature on mangaupdates. Well, it could still be father daughter type thing, only someone who's looked at the raws could answer that, perhaps the author wanted to try something new?...
