@Merilirem If he caught and hung before falling it would reduce it to more like a 3 story fall. I have jumped out of the second story of a building onto concrete without rolling and suffered no harm. So, to me falling from the fourth floor onto relatively soft earth and having your fall broken by a bush could possibly occur without harm, especially if combined with tumbling and rolling to distribute the energy. Unlikely, especially for someone untrained, but possible.

Much more likely than a lizard girl.
