He would make her into a skinsuit and wear it so fast that they could not change the manga into a hentai fast enough to not disturb innocent readers.
Considering the last time she went to his place he ended up flying out the window wearing nothing but her birthday suit, this zero progress visit is sadly an improvement.
Sorry, Ryugasaki-chan. No consensual ravishing for you today, just your almost-boyfriend checking for a parietal eye. :<
Nerd bonus: While lizards (and fish and amphibians) have third eyes (which are less a "see out of" eye and more "biological photocell to adjust biological clock"), crocodilians, birds, and mammals don't. So assuming she's 98-99% human, makes sense that she wouldn't have one, given that therapsids (proto-mammals, basically) were the last mammal ancestor to have them.
There are mammals with scutes, vertical pupils, and nictating membranes, so it's more plausible for those elements to be part of her; the lizard part of her demi-human-atude may just be switching old genes back on. P.S.: Humans actually have the leftover remnants of a nictating membrane on their eye.
