Like father like daughters. Chenyu and the fourth miss seem to share their father's arrogance, stubborn belief that just because they're they that they're destined for good things and have divine right to harshly punish anyone who annoys them without punishment, that and a tendency to act out on emotions for immediate gains without properly considering the potential losses or gains as a result. Fortunately 3rd miss really takes after her mother so has better chance of keeping head above water after daddy dearest and the other two finally sink the family ship from all the holes they keep punching in. Would be nice if 3rd miss got paired with 7th prince, but highly unlikely unless they somehow get together more and he develops a fondness for her and find out whether she really likes him for him or just has a childish crush due to his aura and position. At the moment I'd say he just considers her as a nice family member of the sister-in-law who's making his cherished 9th brother happy and doesn't have a strong impression of her as an individual yet.
In any case 4th miss is really arrogant and demanding of her mother for a girl in the single digits with little patience for not getting her way. In LN there's several times where she's severely beaten her mother to vent her anger or didn't want to hear what needed to. Even beat her mother unconscious once and when Han woke up acted broken for a while which was why made nasty comments or laughed madly when normally would have been silent. Also, she has the lowest rank among the concubines partially due to being a prostitute before marrying Feng and partially has no personal income like the others nor a dowry when married.
