Guys, I don't think Kanako is killing people randomly. According to chapter 3 and 7, it's just that business is poor so they are taking up all the random contracts for small fries. She doesn't kill them or isn't allowed to unless there's contract out on them. The only non-contract kill should be the punk driver in chapter 6.
