his version in this isekai calls her "ryo-chan" , but he still calls her "hayakawa-san" .

Maybe it's for the better that MC's this oblivious. All that supernatural crap, plus being marooned in a parallel world, would take a heavy toll on anyone.

It's pretty awkward to be face to face with your dead self isn't it. Though I guess the reason why Hayakawa survived in this world is because MC has a closer relationship with her here (didn't get distant after growing up) than on his world. They probably got kidnapped by the Nurse than just Hayakawa.
