Fun facts:

The word we translated as "Artifacts" is actually two kanji reading "Hidden Treasure". I wanted to come up with something suitably chuuni, like Fate has "Noble Phantasms", but since Kutsugaeru didn't give much detail on them we couldn't

On page 12, you might notice Filo's developed something of an accent. She's done that in the past as well, but for the sake of keeping things consistent we haven't been representing that in her speech... until now, at least. If we ever hit another big slump in content we might end up going back and redoing old chapters to reflect that better.

I can't help but feel like, considering the story and characters, that the Loli is one of those types that expresses love with vitriol. Or she's trying to get him to stop so he doesn't hurt himself because of that same miscommunicated love.

Either way, I am not a fan of that character trope and find it bitchy.

On two separate occasions so far, the author has referred to Maria as a tsuntsun and a mesugaki. The next part of this chapter reinforces her bratty character trait.

From this, I can safely say that Maria is a character meant to be hated.
