Ehhhhhh..... The "comedy" exclusively relies on Ecchi, which isn't funny at all. The dynamic is pretty Onee x Shota, except the Onee is actually kinda dumb. There does seem to be a foregoing character development, which is something I appreciate and has my attention... but Ecchi-humor is really a huge snore and annoying. I said it before in other comments. If I wanted fan service or hot anime girls. I'd read hentai. Despite my legendarily low standards of comedy, Ecchi-humor is actually just NOT funny.
