I hope Souichi's here to stay. He should be pretty unkillable for the most part, and a redemption arc of sorts would be nice....though I wouldn't expect one in this manga.

That girl is just asking to die or becoming a slave. Also Souichi isn't good for a long term antagonist, bringing him back was a bad decision imo.

Due to these recent developments I'm guessing somewhere down the line Miwako dies (perhaps temporarily), and Chika inherits some of her powers thus being the fifth Original Content. That, or like someone has said, she remains the source of dramatic tension right up until the end.
