Woaw... this manga is quite unusual but I don't dislike it !
It's crazy to think that Ooi Masakazu can create so many stories (fun ones like Okusan, serious ones like this serie).
He's a great mangaka and yes there is no ecchi but this manga is really really calm and complex. You choose a good title thank you :)

I'm interested to see where this short story goes. I would describe the first three chapters as not quite melancholy, but rather detached. That's how the main character comes across at least.

@Wyverion007 The girl in the last chapter is the kendo sempai from Okusan, and one of the Ashitaba family's daughters from another work. We've only seen her in her student days so far, but now she's all grown up and getting married :,-)
